Every item on this site is unique due to its one of a kind, hand made nature. While purchases are not returnable, I want you to be very happy with your choice. Upon receiving your new treasure, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact me so I can work with you to resolve the issue. This could include an exchange, repair, adjustment, or store credit/gift card. Depending on the situation, additional shipping charges may apply.

My goal is to ship your item to you as quickly as possible, so it will be shipped within 48 hours, barring weekends and holidays. It will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which guarantees up to a 3 day shipping time frame within the United States. It includes  insurance and tracking, which will be emailed to you. Multiple items from the same boutique will be combined to keep shipping costs down. Shipping rates vary based on the Priority Mail box size needed. If you are local and would prefer to pick up your item, please email me prior to placing your order through the website. If you are international, please contact me for an appropriate shipping quote.
